Cupping

Therapy

Cupping Therapy can loosen muscles, encourage blood flow, and sedate the nervous system. It can offer similar benefits as deep tissue massage without the deep pressure, making it an excellent option for clients who would like to get more out of their Neuromuscular Therapy/Deep Tissue sessions or for clients who prefer less pressure.

Cupping is also a great option for

treating migraines, high blood pressure, and arthritis. Cupping can be added to any customized session or booked as a 30-min Cupping-only session.

Migraine Treatment

This targeted approach to migraine pain is designed to evaluate and treat the soft tissues that may be causing or contributing to your migraine headaches. The goal of Neuromuscular Therapy in migraine treatment is to better understand the patterns associated with your headaches and assist in preventing new headaches from occurring. Your first session will include a detailed intake, Neuromuscular Evaluation, hands-on treatment, and education for self-care.

Prenatal
Massage

During pregnancy, the goal of your session is to allow you time to relax and help realign any postural imbalances that you may encounter as your baby grows. Just like a traditional Customized Session, you can choose from Neuromuscular Therapy, Deep Tissue, Relaxation, or a blend of techniques. Also choose your areas of focus. Session is performed in both side-lying and semi-reclined positions and is available for either 60 or 90 minutes.
