Individual Therapy Sessions
Individual counseling sessions are beneficial in helping clients who are struggling with various mental health issues such as depression, anxiety, grief, adjustment disorders, and trauma-related issues.
Equine Individual Therapy
In this therapeutic approach to mental health, Equine Therapy involves using interactions with horses to support emotional healing and personal growth. Horses are highly intuitive and sensitive to human emotions, and they provide a unique non-verbal feedback system that helps individuals gain insight into their feelings and behaviors.
In trauma therapy, Equine-Assisted Psychotherapy is particularly beneficial because it helps clients reconnect with their bodies, and emotions in a safe, regulated environment. This approach is especially effective in addressing the disconnection that trauma often causes between mind and body, helping individuals develop a felt sense of safety and empowerment.
Acudetox
Commonly known as Auricular Acupuncture, Acudetox is a therapeutic treatment that involves inserting fine needles into specific points on the outer ear. The treatment stimulates points that correspond to various body systems, helping to restore physical and emotional wellbeing. It is used to manage stress, anxiety, trauma, addiction, and promote emotional balance. Acudetox can aid in sleep management, reduce chronic pain, assist in balancing mood, improve immune function, assist in regulating hormones, and support the body's natural detoxification process.

Brain Synchronization Therapy

Team Building
Group Therapy
Equine-Assisted Team Building Group Therapy offers a unique experiential approach to developing stronger communication, collaboration, and trust within teams. In these hands-on sessions, participants work together with horses in non-riding activities that challenge them to rely on each other and the horses to accomplish tasks.
